Through our systematic approach, we are able to provide a high level of quality control over each phase of construction, eliminating mistakes. Building quality homes begins with good people. Because of Koehnemann Construction’s 30 years of homebuilding in Bay County, we are able to utilize the areas best subcontractors whose attention to the structural details, which are unseen, are as important as the finishing details. Each trade reflects the unsurpassed quality standard, which is the mark of a Koehnemann home. Value Engineering Quality and craftsmanship is a very important aspect of the building process but we also understand that as a potential building customer, value is very important to you. With this is mind, the Koehnemann construction team attends National and Regional Homebuilder Expositions every year to keep current on new products and items that could provide a less expensive substitute.
